Just a few words to mention that I finally received this book!
I ordered The Asian Vegan Kitchen a few days ago and I was so happy to find it in my mailbox last night! I immediately went through its pages, and the recipes look all great. The book is divided into different sections, all about one particular country's cuisine: India, China, Vietnam, Korea, Japan, Malaysia, Thailand, Burma and Indonesia. I can't wait to try it, and I don't even have to worry about to making a vegan version of the recipes!
I also stumbled upon this at the supermarket today:
I had never seen it before, though Edvin said he tried it already... Nevermind, we're gonna make burgers soon!
